• Design: Helping our clients find the executive benefit plan design that will best match their specific goals. The design phase involves identifying the client's objectives and issues, assessing existing plans or programs, quantifying liabilities, evaluating design alternatives, and making recommendations. This process involves a thorough review of any tax, legal, or accounting issues that may impact existing or proposed options.
• Funding Analysis: Working with clients to evaluate the use of insurance or other financing vehicles to fund executive benefit plan liabilities. Provides an evaluation of the economics and financial impact of each potential solution.
• Implementation: Coordinating all of the implementation steps required for new benefit plans. This involves plan documentation, communication and enrollment that can be customized to the specific needs of each client.
• Plan Management: Coordinating administration for a client's insurance and benefit programs. Management of a client's program involves preparing annual reviews, evaluating changes in original plan assumptions, and monitoring the changing legal, tax, regulatory, and economic environment.
