Steve Toven has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on nonqualified executive benefit plan consulting. He has helped clients analyze and implement creative benefit arrangements and funding strategies that allow them to attract and retain their most valuable employees, while creating the most favorable financial impact possible for the plan sponsor.

Prior to joining BeneFacio, Inc., Steve held senior positions with some of the industry's leading consulting firms and insurance carriers.  This included roles as a Senior Consultant at Aon Consulting, Director of Community Bank Consulting at The Todd Organization, and Consulting Principal at Clark Consulting. His work has appeared in major benefits and accounting publications, including WorldatWork's Workspan and the Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance.

Steve has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of William & Mary, and is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the international honor society in economics. He is licensed for life and health insurance, and also holds the Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) securities licenses.
