John Natowitz has over 14 years of experience in nonqualified executive benefit consulting, including plan design, administration, financing, and communication. Throughout this time, he has helped many of the country's largest companies analyze complex technical issues that impact their executive benefit programs.

Prior to joining BeneFacio, Inc., John was a Vice President in Aon Consulting’s Executive Benefits practice. John's primary responsibilities included high-level oversight and analysis of deferred compensation and supplemental executive retirement programs. He also served as a senior client technical resource, providing in-depth research on the tax, legal, and accounting issues that affect existing and proposed benefit plans and financing strategies.

John’s background includes similar experience at Balser Companies, as well as portfolio audit and valuation consulting to banks and commercial real estate companies.

John has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. He is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
